Lear Corp. names 2 new unit presidents

Michigan-based car parts maker Lear Corp. on March 1 appointed Frank Orsini as executive vice president and president of its seating unit and Jeneanne Hanley as senior vice president and president of its e-systems division, effective immediately.

According to a same-day SEC filing, Orsini held the roles assigned to Hanley since 2012.

Meanwhile, Hanley was the company's vice president for the global seat surface materials and craftsmanship business prior to her new roles.

Both Orsini and Hanley have been with the company since 1994.
