Trinity Pictures, the film production unitof Indian distribution company , has inked a dealwith two Chinese filmcompanies to co-produce cross-cultural movies, Variety reported July 15.

Trinity Pictures will partner with Peacock Mountain Culture& Media and state-owned Huaxia Film Distribution in China to produce thetravel drama "The Zookeeper" and the romanticcomedy "Love in Beijing." The films will be shot in Indiaand China, and will be made in dual-language versions for release in 2018.

The deal comes in addition to agreements Trinity signed withChinese state-owned film companies last year to develop, co-produce anddistribute Indian-Chinese films in both countries.
