Superdry appoints 2 nonexecutive directors

Apparel retailer Superdry Plc on Dec. 19 said it appointed Dennis Millard senior independent director and John Smith nonexecutive director, effective Feb. 1, 2018.

Millard will replace Keith Edelman, who will step down from his post, effective Feb. 1, 2018, but will remain a nonexecutive director of the company. Edelman will also leave the audit committee, effective March 31, 2018.

Millard will be appointed to the nomination and remuneration committees, while Smith will join the remuneration and audit committees.
