Johnny Guerry, Clover Partners LP lower stake in Southwest Bancorp

Johnny Guerry and related investment vehicles reduced their stake in Southwest Bancorp Inc. to 3.4%. In a previous filing, the investor group disclosed beneficial ownership of 976,527 shares, a 5.1% stake in the company

The group beneficially owns 644,227 shares of the Stillwater, Okla.-based company's common stock held in MHC Mutual Conversion Fund LP. The percentage is based on 18,683,774 common outstanding shares as of Nov. 7.

Southwest agreed Dec. 14 to sell to Simmons First National Corp.

The investor group sold a total of 332,300 shares in open market transactions from Dec. 15 to Dec. 19, priced at $28.49 and $28.82.
