Check-Cap Ltd. appointed Alex Ovadia CEO to succeed William Densel, effective Feb. 26.

The U.S. based healthcare technology company said Densel will provide support to complete a seamless transition.

Ovadia has served as Check-Cap's COO, vice president of research and development, and Israeli site manager since 2013.
