exitedits participation in the Small Business Lending Fund on Sept. 22.

The GreenBay, Wis.-based company paid $12.4 million to fully redeem its 12,200 remainingoutstanding series C preferred stock originally issued to the U.S. TreasuryDepartment in September 2011at a liquidation value of $1,000 per share plus accrued dividends through thepayoff date.

InSeptember 2015, the company redeemed $12.2 million in principal of its original$24.4 millioninvestment.
