Hans Peter Hasler has resigned as director of Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd., effective June 14, to engage in a business opportunity which could pose a potential conflict of interest with his position at the company.

Hasler served as an independent director of the company since 2016.

India-based Dr. Reddy's Laboratories operates as an integrated pharmaceutical company worldwide.
