Teaneck, N.J.-based Bogota Financial Corp., Cincinnati-based Cincinnati Bancorp Inc. and Brookfield, Wis.-based FFBW Inc have closed their conversion offerings.

Joseph Stilwell active in banking sector
The Stilwell Group initiated stakes in a handful of recent mutual bank conversions in the third quarter: 27,883 shares in Brockton, Mass.-based HarborOne Bancorp Inc.; 15,000 shares in Albany, N.Y.-based Pioneer Bancorp Inc. (MHC); 19,000 shares in Dover, N.H.-based First Seacoast Bancorp (MHC); and 30,000 shares in Richmond, Ind.-based Richmond Mutual BanCorp. Inc.
