The Schade Team, which includes James Schade and Mark Henestofel, has joined UBS Financial Services Inc.'s Dayton, Ohio, office.

Schade is a portfolio manager, and Henestofel is a financial adviser. Both hold the title of senior vice president of wealth management within The Schade Team, which currently manages approximately $500.0 million in assets.

The Schade Team was previously at Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc., part of Bank of America Corp.

The team has combined experience of 30 years in financial planning and wealth management.
