OCC approves KleinBank/Old National Bank deal

The Office of the Comptroller of Currency on Oct. 12 approved the merger between KleinBank and Old National Bank, according to information on the OCC website.

The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter.

Chaska, Minn.-based KleinBank is a unit of Klein Financial Inc., while Evansville, Ind.-based Old National Bank is a unit of Old National Bancorp.
