Investcorp Bank vice chairman to succeed retiring chairman

Bahrain-based Investcorp Bank BSC nominated Vice Chairman Yousef Al-Ebraheem to replace Nemir Kirdar as chairman of the board, unit Investcorp SA said Oct. 4.

Kirdar is retiring, having founded the bank. Al-Ebraheem has served on the board since May 2014 and is also economic affairs adviser to the emir of Kuwait, having previously been the country's finance minister, among other titles.

Khalid Al Zayani will take over as vice chairman.
