Monster Worldwide Inc. expects its operations revenue for the third quarter ended Sept. 30 to be between $143 million to $145 million.
The third-quarter expected revenue from continuing operations is about 14% less than the company's third-quarter revenue of 2015, which was $167.1 million, the company said. Monster plans on releasing complete third-quarter results on Oct. 21.
Monster is in the process of being acquired by Randstad for $3.40 per share in cash, for a total deal value of about $429 million. The company expects the deal to close during the fourth quarter.
