Sandler O'Neill & Partners LP remained the lead underwriter, by deal value, in terms of U.S. bank and thrift common equity offerings, IPOs and thrift mutual conversions in the third quarter, according to SNL Financial's league table rankings.


Barclays Capital breaks tie atop insurance common equity league table through Q3

After tying in the first half of the year, Barclays Capital Inc. leapfrogged Wells Fargo Securities LLC for the top spot on the SNL common stock offering league table in the third quarter.
