Phatra LeasingPCL issued 500 million Thai baht of unsubordinated and unsecureddebentures.
The company said Sept. 28 that it priced the four-year debentureswith a coupon of 2.60% per year. The debentures were issued the same day.
As of Sept. 29, US$1was equivalent to 34.63 Thai baht.
