Meal kit maker Blue Apron Inc.'s board on Nov. 30 appointed Brad Dickerson as its new president and CEO.
Dickerson will replace the company's co-founder Matt Salzberg, who will step down from the president and CEO roles. Salzberg will be the executive chairman of Blue Apron and he will continue as chairman of the board. Dickerson will also serve as a board member.
Prior to this position, Dickerson served as the company's CFO since Feb. 2016. He also spent 11 years at Under Armour Inc. in senior roles, including CFO and COO.
Blue Apron said it is searching for a new CFO.
Salzberg is the second founder of Blue Apron to step aside in recent months. Co-founder Matthew Wadiak stepped down as chief operating officer of the company in July, roughly a month after the company's IPO.
