Kinsale Capital Group Inc. closed an underwritten public offering of 741,750 common shares at $93 apiece on Aug. 12.

The number of shares includes the additional 96,750 common shares that the underwriters can opt to buy as part of the offering.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC served as sole book-running manager for the offering. William Blair, RBC Capital Markets, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Dowling & Partners Securities LLC, CIBC Capital Markets and Strategas Research Partners acted as co-managers.
