Aircastle makes acting CEO permanent

Aircastle Ltd. has named Michael Inglese its new CEO and added him to the board.

Inglese has served as Aircastle's CFO since 2007 and as acting CEO since former CEO Ron Wainshal started his medical leave of absence in January. Wainshal was earlier expected to return from the leave in the second quarter, but he has decided to focus on his health and recovery.

The company's board also promoted Aaron Dahlke to CFO and interim chief accounting officer of the company. Dahlke has served as Aircastle's chief accounting officer since 2005.

Further, Roy Chandran was promoted to executive vice president of corporate finance and strategy.

All these changes are effective June 12

Additionally, Takayuki Sakakida has been appointed to replace Ryusuke Konto on the company's board.
