Moody's withdraws Russian bank's ratings

Moody's on Oct. 3 withdrew 's ratings, including its B3 long-term local- andforeign-currency deposit ratings.

At the same time, the agency withdrew the bank's Not Primeshort-term local- and foreign-currency deposit ratings. In addition, Moody'swithdrew the B2(cr) and Not Prime(cr) long- and short-term counterparty riskassessments, as well as the "b3" baseline credit assessment andadjusted baseline credit assessment.

At the time of the withdrawal, the long-term bank depositratings carried a stable outlook.

Moody's withdrew the ratings for its own business reasons.
