has upsized its previously announcedcommon stock offering to 10,500,000 shares, priced at $67 per share.
Underwritershave an option to purchase up to 1,575,000 shares, according to a May 2 news release.
Net proceedsfrom the offering would be used to fund EQT's planned acquisition of Marcellus and Utica shale acreage from for $407 million, as wellas for other potential acquisitions and general corporate purposes.
Credit Suisseand J.P. Morgan are acting as book-running managers for the offering.
