GPAT Compañía Financiera approves 500M Argentine peso note offering

The board of GPAT Compañía Financiera SA approved the issuance of series XXXI notes for up to 500.0 million Argentine pesos.

The company did not specify the terms of the offering, nor set the auction and issuance dates.

The issuance is part of the bank's global negotiable obligations program. The company completed its series XXX bond issuance under the program in October.

As of Dec. 20, US$1 was equivalent to 17.70 Argentine pesos.
