STORE Capital appoints new board member after Oaktree Capital affiliate completes stake sale

STORE CapitalCorp. appointed William Hipp to its board of directors, accordingto an April 14 news release.

Hipp, who takes the position vacated by Mahesh Balakrishnanas a result of the sale by an Oaktree Capital Management LP affiliate of the rest ofits ownership interest in STORE Capital, will serve on the company's auditcommittee.

Manish Desai also notified the board of his resignation as adirector, effective April 14. Rajath Shourie and Derek Smith also offered totender their resignations from the board as a result of STORE Holding no longerholding any stake in the company.

However, Smith and Shourie were asked to remain on the boardto facilitate an orderly transition until suitable replacement candidates areidentified.
