FineMark National Bank & Trust promoted Diana Kizer to executive vice president of deposit operations and Malinda Schneider to executive vice president of loan administration.

Kizer has been with FineMark since early 2011, while Schneider joined in 2010.

The Fort Myers, Fla.-based bank is a unit of FineMark Holdings Inc.
