Cboe Global Markets Inc. made several changes to its top management, all effective Jan. 14, the same day President and COO Christopher Concannon will leave the financial exchange company.

Concannon will leave Cboe to join fixed-income electronic trading platform MarketAxess Holdings Inc. as president and COO, effective Jan. 22.

Cboe appointed Christopher Isaacson, who is currently executive vice president and chief information officer, to serve as executive vice president and COO.

Cboe Chairman and CEO Edward Tilly will take on the additional president position.

In addition, Eric Crampton, currently senior vice president and global head of software engineering, will become senior vice president and chief technology officer, a newly created position at Cboe.
