Swedish consumer goods company Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget SCA on June 7 rolled out the timetable for the distribution and listing of shares in its wholly owned subsidiary Essity Aktiebolag.

The last day for trading in SCA shares with the right to receive distribution of shares in Essity is June 9, while the first day of trading in SCA shares without that right is June 12, the company said.

SCA also said it will distribute shares in Essity to shareholders on June 13. It expects Essity shares to debut on Nasdaq Stockholm on June 15.

In April, SCA decided to split into two listed companies, with Essity managing the hygiene business, including personal care and tissue products.
