City Holding lowers dividend

Cross Lanes, W.Va.-based City Holding Co.'s board approved a dividend of 53 cents per common share, lower than its previous payout of 57 cents per share.

The dividend will be paid Jan. 31, 2020, to shareholders of record as of Jan. 15, 2020.
