Carol Nelson will retire from Cleveland-based KeyBank NA, where she serves as Pacific region executive and Seattle-Cascades market president, in June, Puget Sound Business Journal reported.

The KeyCorp unit is searching for a new market president to replace Nelson.

WSFS Financial Corp. promoted Jim Wechsler to senior vice president of corporate development.

Wechsler joined the Wilmington, Del.-based bank in 2010 as a commercial credit analyst and joined the corporate development team in 2015.

Joseph Ujobai resigned from the board of FS Investment Corp. III to focus on other endeavors.

Ujobai serves as senior vice president and director of SEI Investments Management Corp., according to information from S&P Global Market Intelligence.
