Jeffrey Espichand Rudy Frauhiger retired from the board of directors of Fort Wayne, Ind.-basedIndependent Alliance Banks Inc.,according to an April 28 news release. These retirements were announcedat the annual shareholder meeting held the same day.

Espich is aretired state representative of the Indiana House of Representatives, and he servedon the Independent Alliance Banks board since 2008.

Frauhiger isa realtor and auctioneer. He joined the company's board in 2012.
