Echo defines initial resource of 197,621 gold ounces at Yandal's Julius deposit

Echo ResourcesLtd. said April 7 that the initial resource for the Julius gold deposit,part of the Yandalproject in Western Australia, stands at 2.95 million tonnes at 2.08 g/t of goldfor 197,621 ounces of contained gold, at a cutoff of 1.0 g/t of gold.

The company said an infill aircore drill program has startedat the deposit for 70 holes for 4,000 meters to further define the gold mineralizationin the top 50 meters to 60 meters of the resource.

A reverse circulation drill program to expand and further definethe resource will follow.
