Bank of Nova Scotia becomes substantial shareholder of Cardinal with 5.16% stake

CardinalResources Ltd. said March 29 that the Bank of Nova Scotia, withassociated entities 1832 Asset Management LP and The Dynamic Fund, became asubstantial shareholder of the company March 1 with an equity position of 5.16%.

Earlier this month, the company A$5.6 million to fund drilling atthe Namdinigold project in Ghana.
