Combined Insurance Co. of America appointed Mat Matarrese as vice president and national worksite sales leader.

He will be responsible for driving the sales growth strategy in the company's worksite channel via new agent recruitment, sales production, professional development and building and maintaining client relationships.


Aviva PLC's head of digital, Andrew Brem, has left the company, Insurance Post reported.

The company reportedly does not intend to replace Brem.


Zhu Kebing resigned from China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co. Ltd.'s board as nonexecutive director due to change in his work arrangement.

His resignation is effective Oct. 9.


Lloyd's Market Association named Andrew Brooks as its chairman, effective Jan. 1, 2019.

Brooks is currently the CEO of Ascot Underwriting Ltd.

ABD Insurance and Financial Services Inc. appointed Wayne Hill senior vice president to lead the company's life, wealth and disability practice.

Previously, Hill was at Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co.
