Indian Overseas Bank gets part-time director

India's finance ministry nominated Sivaraman Anant Narayan as part-time nonofficial director on the board of Indian Overseas Bank.

The nomination is effective Dec. 27 and will run for a period of three years or until further notice, according to a Dec. 28 stock exchange filing.
