Hemisphere Media Group Inc.'s Puerto Rican broadcast network WAPA Television and sports network WAPA Deportes inked a retransmission consent agreement with AT&T Inc.'s DIRECTV in Puerto Rico.

The multiyear agreement restored access to the networks for DIRECTV customers in Puerto Rico as of June 14, the company said June 15.

Hemisphere Media Group is a pure-play U.S. media company targeting U.S. Hispanic and Latin American markets with broadcast and cable television and digital content platforms.
