India Infoline Finance establishes US$1B note program

India Infoline Finance Ltd. established a US$1 billion medium-term note program.

The company plans to use the proceeds from the issuance of notes under the program for on-lending and for supporting growth of the company's businesses.

The notes issued under the program will be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd.

HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank are the arrangers and dealers for the program.
