A Digital Realty Trust Inc. unit acquired 21780 Filigree Court in Ashburn, Va., for $28 million from aircraft manufacturer Airbus Americas Inc., the Washington Business Journal reported, citing public records.

The 13-acre property includes a 124,000-square-foot flex warehouse occupied by Airbus subsidiary Satair Group, which plans to move to a new facility.

Airbus representatives did not respond to the publication's requests for comment.
