Slovakia court dismisses appeal against Ortac's underground gold-silver mining license

OrtacResources Ltd. has received a favorable decision related tounderground mining in Slovakia at the company's Sturec gold-silver deposit.

The District Mining Bureau's in Banska Bystrica in April2014 was met with 13complaints lodged against the underground trial mining.

Further judicial proceedings regarding a decision made bythe Central Mining Bureau for the application are currently underway, thecompany said July 11.

Ortac has also been recently cleared to proceed with asurface mining application.
