PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk plans to issue up to 1.75 trillion rupiah of senior unsecured bonds, Fitch Ratings said Feb. 5.
The bonds will have a maturity of up to three years. The offering marks the fourth tranche under the company's existing senior unsecured bond program.
The company plans to use the proceeds from the issuance for working capital purposes.
As of Feb. 5, US$1 was equivalent to 13,515.00 Indonesian rupiah.
