Old Dominion Electric appoints new CFO/senior vice president

Old Dominion Electric Cooperative on June 29 promoted Bryan Rogers to the position of senior vice president and CFO, effective July 1.

Rogers replaces Robert Kees, who retired as CFO on June 30.

Rogers joined Old Dominion Electric in 1996 and most recently served as the cooperative's vice president and controller beginning in April 2007, according to a July 3 federal filing. In his new role, Rogers will report to President and CEO Marcus Harris.
