Johnny Guerry, Clover Partners LP and related investment vehicles no longer hold more than 5% of the common stock of Warwick, R.I.-based Coastway Bancorp Inc.

The investor group sold a total of 200,000 shares from March 15 to March 19.

The group now beneficially owns 170,100 Coastway Bancorp shares, or a 3.9% stake in the company.
