Partners Group to buy Paris office building for €170M

Switzerland-based Partners Group AG agreed to acquire the CB16 Tower office building in Paris for €170 million on behalf of its clients.

The 28-story building, which is located in the city's La Défense business district, covers a floor area of 30,000 square meters, according to a company release.

The company plans to renovate the property to improve its occupancy level and will partner with Paris-based Aquila Asset Management to manage the asset.
