Northrop Grumman grosses $2.00 billion from debt offering

Northrop Grumman Corp.Debt raised gross proceeds of $2.00 billion from an offering of 3.250% senior unsecured notes due Jan. 15, 2028.

The company plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes or working capital, redemption or repayment of debt securities, acquisitions or investments, and repurchase of securities.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Lloyds Securities Inc., Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith Inc., Mizuho Securities USA LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC were the lead underwriters.

Academy Securities Inc., ANZ Securities Inc., Blaylock Beal Van LLC, BNP Paribas Securities Corp., BNY Mellon Capital Markets LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Drexel Hamilton LLC, Mischler Financial Group Inc., MUFG Securities Americas Inc., Scotia Capital (USA) Inc., SMBC Nikko Securities America Inc., Williams Capital Group LP, U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. and UniCredit Capital Markets LLC also served as underwriters for the offering.
