FFI Holdings fiscal H1 profit falls YOY

FFI Holdings Ltd. said its normalized net income for the fiscal first half ended Dec. 31, 2015, amounted to 10 Australian cents per share, a decrease of 5.0% from 11 cents per share in the prior-year period.

Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was A$995,540, a decline from A$1.0 million in the year-earlier period.

Total revenue rose on an annual basis to A$16.5 million from A$16.1 million, and total operating expenses increased from the prior-year period to A$14.8 million from A$14.4 million.

Reported net income declined year over year to A$1.1 million, or 12 cents per share, from A$1.2 million, or 12 cents per share.
