Helvetia Holding AG's Helvetia Venture Fund arm acquired a shareholding in Estonia-based insurance technology startup INZMO Insurance OÜ for "a single-digit million amount."

INZMO Insurance provides business-to-business-to-consumer, or B2B2C, services through a mobile application or in the branches of its partner retailers. Helvetia said the investment will be used for strengthening its partnership with the insurtech firm on insuring assets including bikes, electronics, glasses and watches.
