Target Corp. said Oct. 16 that it will expand its same-day delivery service to Vermont.
The Minnesota-based retailer offers the same-day delivery service through Shipt, the delivery company it acquired in December 2017.
The membership-based service will be available from Oct. 23 in the city of Burlington.
As part of the expansion, Target is offering its annual membership for $49 instead of the regular $99 to Shipt members in Vermont who sign up before the rollout.
The retailer will also open its first Vermont store Oct. 21.
