AmWINS Group Inc. completed the acquisition of wholesaler and managing general agent Atlantic Risk Specialists for undisclosed terms.

Atlantic Risk Specialists will be added to AmWINS' brokerage division. The acquired entity is made up of Atlantic Risk Specialists Inc. and ARS-Latiff LLC, and has offices in New Jersey, New York and Florida.
