TsesnaBank completes closure of Dutch subsidiary

TsesnaBank JSC said Dec. 28 that it finalized the voluntary closure of unit Tsesna International B.V., based in the Netherlands.

The Dutch unit of the Kazakh bank was excluded from the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce of the Netherlands on Dec. 23, which completed the voluntary liquidation process.
