Airmate (Cayman) International Co Ltd. said its normalized net income for the second quarter was NT$1.24 per share, an increase of 88.5% from 66 cents per share in the prior-year period.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was NT$171.0 million, an increase of 76.2% from NT$97.0 million in the year-earlier period.
The normalized profit margin climbed to 4.4% from 2.5% in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue totaled NT$3.92 billion, compared with NT$3.93 billion in the prior-year period, and total operating expenses decreased on an annual basis to NT$3.60 billion from NT$3.75 billion.
Reported net income increased 70.2% from the prior-year period to NT$227.6 million, or NT$1.65 per share, from NT$133.7 million, or 90 cents per share.
