Seoul-based Sambo Mutual Savings & Finance Co. Ltd. has changed its name into Live Savings Bank, FNTIMES reported, citing industry sources.
The small mutual savings bank was acquired by Liveplex Co.Ltd. and CTGen Co.Ltd. in early August.
Sambo Mutual Savings said earlier it plans to issue 3,040,000 common shares to raise a total of 15.2 billion won from Liveplex and CTGen as additional capital on Aug. 30.
