Equity LifeStyle Properties Inc. expects its second-quarter funds from operations and normalized FFO to range between 77 cents and 83 cents per common share, reaffirming its earlier projections.

The company also reaffirmed its full-year guidance range of between $3.50 and $3.60 per common share for FFO and between $3.51 and $3.61 per share for normalized FFO.

The S&P Capital IQ consensus FFO-per-share estimates for the second quarter and full year are 81 cents and $3.57, respectively.
