Hindustan Copper Ltd. said Jan. 1 that it appointed Arun Kumar Shukla as chairman and managing director, effective the same day.

Shukla joined Hindustan Copper in January 2018.

Prior to joining Hindustan Copper, Shukla was an executive director in National Mineral Development Corp. Ltd.
