CMS Energy enters into $225M term loan

CMS Energy Corp. on Dec. 21 entered into a $225 million unsecured term loan credit agreement with The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd.

The loan has a one-year term, scheduled to expire in 2018.

The company plans to use the net proceeds to refinance certain outstanding debt, according to a Dec. 22 Form 8-K filing.
